1100/2300 – Money Talks – This week Jerry welcomes Jason Hartman, President of Platinum Properties Investor Network, to give an update on the Real Estate market. Real estate and credit issues are what caused the problems the US economy is now dealing with and both Jerry and Jason believe that until real estate starts to improve the overall economy will be held in check. Mr. Hartman breaks down the country into 40 different markets and talks about local investment opportunities that can be profitable today.

Michelle and Bryne talk about the ability to reduce, reuse, and recycle. The importance of site evaluation and site preparation in regards to energy installation such as wind power and solar power is explored. The hosts suggest that the individual look into government rebates, regulations in each location, and doing ones own site assessment. Geothermal heat pumps and hydropower are also discussed.
