Real estate and credit issues are what caused the problems the US economy is now dealing with and both Jerry and Jason believe that until real estate starts to improve the overall economy will be held in check. Mr. Hartman breaks down the country into 40 different markets and talks about local investment opportunities that can be profitable today.
