Your World Your Way – Michelle LaBrosse and Jody Kash discuss how to organize “brain on the wall” ideas into groupings that are color-coded with one color for each member in the project group. Michelle suggests keeping project groups small, usually five members, so as to limit the communication channels needed within the project, which in turn limits the complexity of the project. She then goes on to talk about the deliverables and how acceptance criteria is a necessary measurement that should be written down, used to make sure that all expectations for the project are know, and used to measure when that part of the project is complete. Michelle explains how important it is to know the conflicts and remove the barriers that can slow a project down by taking the time to become aware and to plan ahead by using processes that already exist.

Your World Your Way – Michelle LaBrosse and Jody Kash discuss how to organize “brain on the wall” ideas into groupings that are color-coded with one color for each member in the project group.  Michelle suggests keeping project groups small, usually five members, so as to limit the communication channels needed within the project, which in turn limits the complexity of the project.  She then goes on to talk about the deliverables and how acceptance criteria is a necessary measurement that should be written down, used to make sure that all expectations for the project are know, and used to measure when that part of the project is complete.  Michelle explains how important it is to know the conflicts and remove the barriers that can slow a project down by taking the time to become aware and to plan ahead by using processes that already exist.

Music Business Radio – Tom Jackson was in the Music Business Radio studios today.  Tom is a “Live Music Producer” who has worked with hundreds of artists, including Taylor Swift, Jars of Clay, and Jordan Sparks.

We talked about how musicians can improve their live shows, how to get positive audience reactions, and more.  Also in the studio was Christian artist Mary Katheryn, who talked about her experience working with Tom and what kind of results musicians and bands can expect by following his “live music method.”

The hosts suggest that the individual look into government rebates, regulations in each location, and doing ones own site assessment. Geothermal heat pumps and hydropower are also discussed.
